Guitar Instructor

Johnny began playing guitar at age 11 when ​he became involved in local bands.

He began teaching 20 years ago doing ​individual lessons and young adult bands.

He teaches guitar, bass, mandolin, banjo, ​ukulele, beginning drums and music theory.

In 2010 DePauw University filmed a ​documentary highlighting his students with ​live performances and interviews.

Johnny taught for 15 years in Greencastle, IN ​then moved to Florida with his wife, in 2019 ​where he has worked giving individual ​lessons.


Kimberly

Vocal Instructor

Kimberly Suskind is an accomplished, award-winning performer of ​stage and screen. Kimberly has worked as a professional actress and ​choreographer at many professional regional theaters across the ​country, including; Theatre Row (NYC), where she made her Off ​Broadway Debut starring as the role of Sarah in Brilliant.


Kimberly earned her BFA in musical theatre from the prestigious ​Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where she had the honor of studying ​rhythm tap with the great Aaron Tolson. She was awarded the ​prestigious Sue Ronson Levy tap scholarship toward her BFA.


In addition to performing, she is currently a voice teacher, audition prep ​and acting coach. Instructor/Arts Educator, Kimberly is currently the ​Director of Education for Players Circle Theater, Artistic Director of ​Robin Dawn Academy’s Gypsy Playhouse and has previously worked ​for a plethora of institutions where she developed programming, taught ​masterclasses and directed multiple award-winning youth productions ​as well as won several choreographer’s awards for her original tap ​choreography.

Dr. Grant

Piano Instructor

Dr. Grant is one of the most sought-after ​piano instructors. Under her tutelage students ​have won competitions, and were prepared to ​be accepted to Conservatory. Upon moving to ​USA, she was performing with solo and duo ​concerts. Dr. Grant has served as a President ​for Sioux Falls Area of Music Teachers ​Association (SFAMTA), and is an active MTNA ​(Music Teachers National Association) ​member. Has volunteered with Solo Piano

In March 2012 Dr. Grant founded the annual ​Grant Piano Competition.

Dr. Grant speaks fluent English, Armenian, ​Russian, and some Spanish.
